During her career, Leann has worked in a number of senior positions including Vice President of Promoting Calgary Inc. and Executive Assistant for Community & Economic Development for the Mayor of the City of Calgary. During her diverse career, she has worked with a variety of stakeholders from the private, public and non-profit sectors. While in the Mayor’s Office she created and implemented a number of successful events and fundraising activities including the annual Mayor’s Christmas Food Drive and Motorcycle Awareness Ride. While at Promoting Calgary Inc., she took a leadership role in agency and board set up, developing an image/branding strategy for Calgary, crafting the community economic development plan, as well as providing ongoing community, public and media relations. As new staff was hired, the position focused on implementing the community economic development plan; specifically the components of strategic planning and developing an international marketing strategy for Calgary based on international trade and investment opportunities. Since 2009, Leann has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Economic Developers Alberta (EDA) which is Alberta's economic development network. It has over 300 members, who are involved in economic development activities including business retention & expansion, business and investment attraction, opportunity identification, tourism, workforce development, business and economic recovery, and industry sector development. She is a member of Economic Developers Association of Canada and the International Economic Development Council. She is also Managing Director, Alberta for GroYourBiz and Managing Director, Jobenomics Canada. Her desire to make a positive impact, whether small or large, is evident in her personal and professional life. Her volunteer experience is extremely broad. She has served on numerous boards and committees, and worked with hundreds of non-profit and charitable groups. Leann is currently a member of the Premier's Council of Alberta's Promise; as well as a board member of the Calgary French and International School. She is a past member of the Advisory Board and Past President of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) which is an organization that has over 30 chapters from around the world. In this capacity, she has worked on a number of issues including: organizational development, community capacity building in developed and developing nations, entrepreneurial education and training for women. She launched her "Master Your Disaster" series of guidebooks in December 2017.
Graham has been consulting in the Information Technology field for over twenty five years as an ERP/SAP professional.
His career started as an SAP Consultant, moved to Omnilogic and has since held several other senior positions within the IT field, including the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, SaskPower, Brion Energy and TransCanada.
Graham is currently the Chief Engineer for Jobenomics Canada, and is working towards completion of his business inspection license. In his capacity with Jobenomics, Graham is the chief engineer architect and implementation expert in Canada, working along with the Jobenomics team headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Graham's diverse industry experience, communication skills, understanding of various construction standards, attention to detail, and broad understanding of how information technology supports the strategic and operational goals of a company are great assets for our clients. Graham is based in Calgary, Canada.
